I knew immediately when I walked into the hotel room where Megan was getting ready that it was going to be a great day! Everyone was so excited for Megan and Dakota to tie the knot after 6 years together. Her man of honor, Thomas, is the type of best friend everyone dreams of. He was on top of everything, super supportive to everyone, and helped me out numerous times to solve any wedding day hiccups. Kinda want to steal him… sorry Megan! 😉 And I loved hanging out with her bridesmaids, one of whom was her amazing mom! She was definitely the Lorelai to Megan’s Rory. Mother/daughter goals right there!
When we got to the barn at Norlo Park, my jaw literally dropped. They decorated the rustic barn and farm tables so beautifully! And the way the light streamed in through the barn doors and the wood slats… YASSS! Their ceremony was perfect and their enthusiasm for their first kiss had everyone cracking up.
Megan and Dakota are both music lovers so when they told me they were having a live band, I was jazzed. But when Ben and Ethan’s Friendly Band actually started playing, I got SUPER excited! They’re amazing and they played all my favorite Beatles songs! It was an amazing day and I’m so thrilled to have been a part of it! Congratulations Megan and Dakota!
